What is Noxtics?
Noxtics is a UK-based third-party logistics (3PL) platform operated by Knoxed Limited. We provide warehousing, pick-and-pack fulfilment, multi-carrier shipping, returns handling, and a real-time operations dashboard — with deep integration to the Knoxed eStore ERP.
How do your China inbound shipment programmes work?
Noxtics runs two regular consolidation lanes from China. Instead of booking a standalone import, you can add your stock to these scheduled inbound shipments — sharing container space, improving utilization, and reducing landed cost per unit versus one-off freight.
What is the Noxtics bundle system?
Our bundle engine lets you sell kits and multipacks while keeping component SKUs, purchasing, and despatch aligned in one system. Knoxed pioneered this capability in 2018 and still operates it in production daily — most 3PL portals cannot replicate this depth.
How does AI in the ERP help my business?
The eStore ERP integrates large language models from OpenAI and Anthropic to assist with shipment planning, bundle structuring, and operational questions. Teams save time on manual analysis and catch optimization opportunities earlier — cutting freight and labour cost.
Where is your fulfilment centre?
Our primary UK facility is at 15 Station Field Industrial Estate, Kidlington, Oxfordshire OX5 1JD — with direct access to the M40 and national carrier networks.
Which sales channels do you integrate with?
We support Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and custom systems via REST API and webhooks. Enterprise clients can connect additional OMS or ERP platforms.
How quickly can I go live?
Most businesses are operational within 5–10 business days after onboarding, inventory receipt, and channel connection. Enterprise roll-outs with custom workflows typically take 2–4 weeks.
Is there a minimum contract?
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Annual billing is available at a discount and can be changed at renewal.
What happens if I exceed my order allowance?
We never cut off fulfilment. Additional orders are billed at your plan's per-order rate, and you can upgrade at any time from the dashboard.
Do you handle returns?
Returns management is included on Growth and Enterprise plans. Starter plans can add returns processing as an optional service.
