Most small brands ship with one carrier because that is the account they managed to open. It means paying parcel rates for something that should have gone as a large letter, and next-day prices for orders that only needed 48-hour delivery. Noxtics ships every order on the carrier and service that fits it, using rates negotiated on our combined volume rather than yours alone, and hands the tracking straight back to your store.
How multi-carrier shipping works
- You set the promise. Free standard delivery in three days, paid next-day, Saturday delivery, tracked only: whatever your checkout offers, we map each shipping option to a set of eligible services.
- We pick the service. At the pack bench the system weighs and measures the parcel, checks the destination, and selects the cheapest service that still meets the promise. The packer never has to decide.
- Labels print automatically. One label per parcel, correct customs data for anything leaving the UK, and the tracking number is written back to Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon or eBay before the van leaves.
- Collections run daily. Carriers collect from Kidlington every working day, with late cut-offs made possible by our position on the A34 next to the M40.
Services we cover
UK parcels
Tracked 24 and 48, next-day before noon, Saturday and Sunday options, and large-letter services for anything that fits through a letterbox.
Pallets and freight
Palletised deliveries to retailers, trade customers and Amazon fulfilment centres, booked through the pallet networks with delivery slots where the receiver requires them.
International
EU, USA and rest-of-world parcels with commercial invoices and HS codes generated from your product data, including delivered-duty-paid options so customers are not surprised at the door.
Bulky and fragile
Two-person delivery, oversized parcels and fragile-handling services for the products that ordinary parcel networks damage.
What it saves
Three things, in order of size. First, the carrier rate itself: pooled volume buys better pricing than a single brand can. Second, service mismatch: sending a 48-hour parcel as next-day, or a letterbox item as a parcel, is money you never see again, and automatic service selection stops it on every order. Third, your time: no printing labels, no manifesting, no ringing a carrier about a missing parcel. We raise claims for lost and damaged parcels on your behalf as part of the service.
Shipping is one part of the whole
Shipping runs off the same system as order fulfilment, so the parcel is weighed and the label printed as part of packing, not as a separate step. Returned parcels come back through returns management with a pre-paid label if you offer one. If you already sell overseas or want to, the cross-border pages cover the inbound side from China.
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my own carrier account?
Yes. If you have a rate you want to keep, we ship on your account for those services and use ours where it is cheaper. You see the choice on every order.
What is the despatch cut-off?
Orders received before the carrier collection are despatched the same working day. Exact times depend on the service; your account manager confirms them when your shipping rules are set up.
Do you ship to Amazon fulfilment centres?
Yes. We prepare and book FBA inbound shipments by parcel or pallet, including FNSKU labelling and carton labels.
Which local areas get the latest cut-offs?
Everything ships from Kidlington regardless of where you are based, so a brand in Banbury gets the same collection times as one in Oxford. See areas we cover.
