Returns Management

A fixed address, a fixed process and a two-day turnaround for every return, whether it came from your site, eBay or an Amazon FBA removal.

Returns are the part of ecommerce nobody plans for. They arrive in dribs and drabs, each one needs opening, checking and a decision, and until that decision is made the customer is waiting for a refund and the stock is worth nothing. Noxtics returns management gives every return a fixed address, a fixed process and a fixed turnaround, whether it came from your own website, from eBay, or as an Amazon FBA removal order.

What happens to a return

  1. It arrives at Kidlington. Your returns address is our warehouse. Customers use the label your store or marketplace generates; we can also print pre-paid labels for you.
  2. We open and grade it. Each item is matched to the original order, inspected against your rules, and graded: resaleable as new, resaleable as open-box, repairable, or write-off.
  3. Stock goes back on sale. Grade A items are restocked to their pick location immediately. Open-box units can be listed as a separate SKU so they still earn money.
  4. Your store is updated. The return is closed in Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay or Amazon and the refund trigger fires, so the customer hears from you the same day the parcel lands.

Marketplace returns and removals

Amazon FBA removal orders

Unsellable, aged or overstocked inventory removed from Amazon fulfilment centres is delivered to us, checked, relabelled where needed, and either restocked for your other channels or prepared to go back into FBA.

eBay returns

eBay's managed returns send parcels straight to our address. We inspect, photograph any damage for your case evidence, and close the return in your seller hub.

Amazon FBA prep

Returned or new stock destined for FBA is FNSKU-labelled, poly-bagged or bubble-wrapped to Amazon's requirements, and boxed for the inbound shipment.

Refurbish and re-list

Light repair, repackaging and re-kitting so a returned bundle or gift set can be sold again rather than binned. See kitting and bundling.

Why it matters

A returned item that sits unopened in a corner for a month is a refund you have already paid out and a sale you have not yet recovered. Processing it within a day or two puts the stock back on sale while it is still in season and gives the customer a refund fast enough to leave a good review instead of a bad one. For Amazon sellers, regular removals also keep aged-inventory surcharges down. All of this runs off the same stock pool as order fulfilment and warehousing, so restocked returns are available to sell across every channel straight away.

Your rules, applied consistently

You set the grading rules once: what counts as resaleable, whether opened cosmetics are always written off, which categories can be sold as open-box, and how long to hold items before disposal. We apply the same rules to every parcel, record the outcome against the order, and report the reasons for return by SKU so you can see which products are coming back and why.

Frequently asked questions

Can Noxtics be my returns address if you don't fulfil my orders?

Yes. Returns-only accounts are common for brands that fulfil from elsewhere but want a UK returns address, and for overseas sellers who need one to sell on UK marketplaces.

What do you do with write-offs?

Whatever you instruct: return them to you in batches, donate, recycle, or dispose. We photograph and log each one before it leaves inventory.

How fast are returns processed?

Returns are opened and graded within two working days of arrival, and usually the same day.

Do you handle warranty returns for electronics?

Yes. We test-power devices, record serial numbers, and can hold units for your supplier warranty claim rather than restocking them.
