A fulfilment partner is only useful if orders reach it without you re-keying them and stock levels flow back without you updating spreadsheets. Noxtics connects directly to the platforms UK brands actually sell on, pulls orders in as they are placed, and pushes stock, tracking and returns back, so every channel shows the same truth and nothing oversells.
Platforms we connect to
Shopify
Orders import within minutes of checkout, fulfilments and tracking are written back automatically, and inventory syncs per location. Works with Shopify Plus and multi-store setups.
WooCommerce
Native connection to WordPress stores. Order status, tracking and stock stay in sync, and bundles built in kitting can be sold as single products.
Amazon
Merchant-fulfilled orders flow to the warehouse, shipping confirmations go back with valid tracking, and stock is kept in step so listings never oversell. FBA prep and removals are handled through returns management.
eBay
Order import, despatch marking and tracking upload, with managed returns delivered to our address and closed in your seller hub.
TikTok Shop and other marketplaces
TikTok Shop, Etsy, OnBuy and B2B marketplaces are connected through our channel layer. Ask about any channel not listed here.
API, webhooks and CSV
Custom platforms, ERPs and EDI partners integrate through our REST API and webhooks. Anything else can send orders and receive results by scheduled CSV.
What flows where
- Orders in. New orders, edits and cancellations are picked up automatically. An order cancelled on your store before it is picked never ships.
- Stock out. Available quantity for every SKU is pushed to every connected channel, with optional buffers per channel so a marketplace can be capped while your own site sells the rest.
- Tracking out. Carrier and tracking number are written back the moment the label prints, which triggers the customer's shipping email from your platform.
- Returns closed. Return outcomes from our warehouse close the return on the originating channel and trigger the refund rule you set.
One stock pool, every channel
The point of connecting everything is that you hold one set of stock rather than one per channel. Stock received into warehousing is available to Shopify, Amazon and eBay at the same time, orders from all of them are picked through the same fulfilment flow, and the reporting inside the eStore ERP shows sales, stock turns and fulfilment cost by channel from a single source.
Going live
Connecting a Shopify or WooCommerce store takes minutes: install the connection, map your SKUs to our barcodes, and choose which shipping options map to which services. Marketplaces need API credentials from your seller account. Most brands are importing live orders within a day or two, and the first goods-in delivery is usually the longer part of onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
Can I connect more than one store?
Yes. Multiple stores, brands or regional sites can all feed one warehouse account, with stock shared or ring-fenced per store as you prefer.
Do I need a developer?
Not for Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon or eBay. The API and webhook route is for brands with their own systems, and we provide documentation and a sandbox.
What if my platform isn't listed?
Ask. We have connected niche platforms before, and the CSV route works for anything that can export orders.
Is order data secure?
Connections use each platform's official API with scoped credentials. Data is held in the UK and used only to fulfil your orders.
