Français Order fulfilment is everything that happens between a customer clicking buy and a parcel arriving at their door: receiving your stock, storing it, picking each order, packing it properly, printing the right label, and handing it to the right carrier. Noxtics runs all of that for ecommerce brands from our warehouse in Kidlington, on the A34 just north of Oxford, so you can stop packing boxes on the kitchen table and get back to selling.
What is included in Noxtics fulfilment
Goods-in and putaway
Book a delivery, we receive it, count it against your advice note, check for damage, and put every SKU away to a scanned location. Stock is live in your dashboard the same day it lands.
Pick and pack
Orders flow in from your store automatically. Each one is picked by barcode, verified at the pack bench, and packed in the right size box or mailer with your branded inserts if you use them.
Despatch and tracking
We choose the cheapest service that meets the delivery promise you set, print the label, and push the tracking number back to your store so the customer email goes out without you touching it.
Stock accuracy
Cycle counts run continuously rather than one dreaded annual stocktake. You always know what you can sell, and your channels stop overselling.
How the order flow works
- Connect your store. Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop connect through our integrations; anything else can send orders by CSV or API.
- Send us stock. A pallet, a container from China, or a few cartons by courier. See warehousing and storage for how we hold it.
- Orders are picked and despatched. Orders received before the carrier collection are despatched the same working day.
- Returns come back to us. Our returns management service inspects, restocks, and triggers the refund.
Who it suits
Noxtics fulfilment is built for product brands shipping from a few hundred to tens of thousands of orders a month. Typical customers are direct-to-consumer brands on Shopify or WooCommerce, marketplace sellers who want one stock pool feeding Amazon, eBay and their own site, and subscription businesses that need kitting and bundle assembly before despatch. Kidlington sits at the junction of the A34 and A40 with the M40 fifteen minutes away, which means late carrier collections and next-day coverage across the UK. For brands based in Oxford, Bicester, Witney, Abingdon or anywhere across the county it also means your stock is close enough to visit. What it costs
Plans start at £199 a month plus a per-order pick and pack fee and storage by the space you actually use. There is no long-term contract. The plans page shows the three tiers and the order volumes each is sized for.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order volume?
There is no hard minimum. The Starter plan is sized for brands doing up to 500 orders a month; below a few dozen orders a month the fixed fee may not be worth it, and we will tell you so.
Do you use my packaging?
Yes. Send us your branded boxes, mailers, tissue and inserts and we store them as SKUs. If you would rather use our plain packaging, that is included.
Can I see my stock and orders live?
Yes. Every client gets a login to the Noxtics dashboard showing stock by SKU, orders by status, and despatch history, backed by the same eStore ERP we run the warehouse on.
How quickly can we go live?
Most brands are live within two weeks of signing up: a few days to connect the store and map SKUs, then a goods-in slot for your first delivery.
