Is there a minimum contract length?

No long-term lock-in. All plans are month-to-month. Annual billing gets a 20% discount but you can switch back at any renewal date.

How quickly can I get started?

Most clients are live within 5–10 business days. We'll guide you through onboarding, inventory inbound, and integration setup. Enterprise clients typically take 2–4 weeks for full custom setup.

Which sales channels and platforms do you integrate with?

We natively integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. We also support custom integrations via REST API and can connect to most ERP or OMS systems on Enterprise plans.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

You'll never be cut off. Orders above your plan threshold are charged at the standard per-order rate. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard.

Do you handle returns?

Returns management is included on Growth and Enterprise plans. On Starter, it's available as an add-on at £0.85 per return processed.

Where is your warehouse located?

Our primary fulfilment centre is at 15 Station Field Industrial Estate, Kidlington, OX5 1JD — located near Oxford with direct motorway access to M40 and national carrier networks.
