Noxtics is not a bolt-on warehouse portal. It runs on Knoxed's production eStore ERP — the same platform that powers purchasing, bundles, multi-channel stock, China inbound planning, and UK despatch. Large language models from OpenAI and Anthropic are embedded to help optimize shipments and bundle offers; the bundle engine has been in live use since 2018.

eStore ERP as source of truth
Production schema and procedures flow from the eStore ERP on knoxed.com. Stock, product masters, client accounts, and order state are governed by stored procedures and role-based access — designed for audit, scale, and a single version of the truth across ops and finance.

AI-assisted planning (OpenAI & Anthropic)
LLMs are built into operational workflows — not a chat window on the side. Teams use AI to pressure-test shipment plans, refine bundle structures, and resolve exceptions faster, reducing manual spreadsheet work and expensive freight mistakes.

Bundle engine — live since 2018
We pioneered bundle commerce for our own catalogue operations and offer the same capability to 3PL clients. Kits, multipacks, and components stay synchronized from PO to pick and invoice — something off-the-shelf WMS products still handle poorly.

Integrations & webhooks
Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and custom endpoints via REST APIs and webhooks. Events propagate into the ERP so inventory, orders, and despatch queues stay aligned without nightly CSV imports.

What this means for you
You gain traceability from China inbound through UK storage, bundle pick, carrier label, and invoice. Finance and operations work from the same dataset — with technology competitors cannot license because we built it for ourselves first.
